BAN THE SCHEDULED CASTE RESERVATIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The non-meritorious suicide of Rohit Vemula Chakravarthy, a Vaddera by caste which is falling into intellectually inferior agricultural community, who spoiled the spirit of knowledge creation with his abnormal, non-academic and casteist activities on the campus of Hyderabad Central University has created much tension among the meritorious scholars and teachers across India for various reasons. The non-meritorious death of Rohit has benefited the most non-meritorious reservation holders particularly Scheduled Caste teachers and research scholars in the universities and institutions who never study even their liberator writings or who never read the academic texts or research article or who never engage academically but except leading their life in the name of SC reservations or Ambedkar. Indeed, these reservation holders do read cinema magazines for knowing the dates of their beloved heroines with lustful eyes. I have seen majority SC reservation holders at the Indian universities while they watch cinemas and cricket by spending their 20 hours time for watching TVs, beef eating, smoking and drinking. In fact it is a time for bringing truths about these SC reservation holders who are ruining the knowledge centers with their casteist identities and low level thinking. They knew blaming dedicated scholars who create knowledge. I have seen these reservation holders are the most jealous people with brutal thinking to spoil the spirit of knowledge creation at the higher education institutions. But at the same time these SC reservation holders are greatest manipulators of the country. I never come across any dedicated academic who can manipulate like these students, research scholars, and teachers at the higher education institutions who belonged to SC reservations. Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF) holders knows to buy two wheeler vehicles, drinking alcohol, smoking, beating intellectually superior professors, scholars and students and teasing girls on campuses with the money they receive from the UGC-RGNF.

I am shocked by seeing the way in which these intellectually inferior followers of Dr B R Ambedkar who himself is a knowledge creator by his western degrees at the Colombia University from the United States of America and London School of Economics from the Great Britain. In fact, the entire 30 crores of Dalit community in India had produced very few intellectuals whom we can count on our fingers. Let me say in chronology:

Professor Nandu Ram who is teaching Sociology at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi

Professor Vivek Kumar who is teaching at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi

Professor Alone who obtained degree from the London University, Grain Britain and who is teaching Aesthetics at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi

I am not finding any intellectuals other than above 8 Dalit intellectuals from these 30 crores Dalit community who are leading their life by creating sympathy from the pro-Dalit intellectuals who belonged to white western Christians and Brahmin or non-Brahmin community such as:

Premier Knowledge Centers which are supporting the cause of Dalits in India:

So one can easily understand that how these intellectually inferior Dalit academic communities in India is surviving without reading single page of Ambedkar Writings and Speeches (BAWS) or without writing single research article or without publishing single book throughout their lives. But you can find tens of Vice-Chancellors, thousands of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Research Scholars across Indian universities by taking millions of salaries throughout their services without producing single authentic work.

Now you can understand the life and works of Dalit academicians at the universities in India without having to read any single page or to write single research article. Let me draw attention from my personal experience with the Dalit Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Research Scholars in Indian universities particularly with the Telugu speaking Dalit academicians at the Hyderabad based Central University of Hyderabad(HCU), IFLU; Delhi based Jawaharlal Nehru University(JNU), Delhi Central University(DU), Jamia Milia Islamia(JMI) University includes all Central Universities in India and state Universities in Andhra Pradesh such as Andhra University(AU), Nagarjuna University(NU), Dravidian University(DU) and other district universities.

Almost every Telugu speaking Dalit faculty at above central or state universities in India do small businesses like real estate business or interest pay money businesses or sell and buy businesses with the dowries they receive from their semi-literate wives by leaving the purpose of their employment in the knowledge center places. They invest their wives money(dowry) into real estate or small scale industry along with investing their monthly salaries as well as money they save from the academic events by providing fake expenses for the academic events they conduct such as National Seminars or Conferences or Workshops. Most of Dalit faculty is corrupt and narrow minded people with brutal ideas to suppress the dedicated academicians in the name of caste or SC & ST atrocities Act. Professor Ashish Nandi or Arundatho Roy are victims of these non-meritorious followers of Ambedkar i.e Dalit academy for the stand they stood for bringing the corruption of the Dalit politicians and employees including Dalit faculties who do greater manipulations than any community in India in the public spheres. An eminent Professors Satish Deshpande or Professor Surender Singh Jodka had left the University of Hyderabad for unbearable violence by the followers of Ambedkar. Ambedkar followers know the fascist behavior of beating or abusing intellectuals or by psychologically harassing eminent professors by abusing with words and actions. It is open secret with the intellectually inferior followers of Dr B R Ambedkar at every Central University or State University in Indian society. Unfortunately, the Indian polity has killed the spirit of merit by continuing the reservations particularly SC reservations for the benefit of political power. It is time for banning the SC reservations at any level to protect the knowledge or spirit of knowledge from the hands of these intellectually inferior Dalit academicians.

30 crore Dalit community has produced 8 intellectuals so far and rest of them are surviving in the name of Eleanor Zelliot, Gail Omvedt, Gurram Jashuva, Ambedkar, Gopal Guru, Anand Teltumbde, Alone, Aloysius, Sharmila Rege, Gita, Susie Tharu, Gundimeda Sambaiah or Vivek Kumar or Nandu Ram. They have hardly produced 8 academicians in the entire Indian academic places. Nobody knows single Telugu speaking Dalit faculty from the JNU, DU, HCU, PU or Central Universities from the North East region in the intellectual circles apart from their teaching at various central or state universities for more than 25 years experience.

SHAMING THE SHAMELESS NON-MERITORIOUS RESEARCH SCHOLARS

It is time to bring many realities about reservation holders who are studying higher education in Indian universities, particularly reservation holders of Scheduled Castes (SCs) or so-called Dalits who are studying for their M.Phil or Ph.D, including university faculties from mainstream Dalit communities such as the Mahar, Mala, or Parayar castes.This is my personal experience with these reservation holders at various Indian universities. So I strongly believe that my personal experiences can bring realities of SC research-students, teachers and their non-meritorious politics in the name of caste. But it is also the case of the way in which SC students, scholars, researchers, and teachers do caste politics to escape from knowledge creation. They are waiting for a cause to get personal benefits, such as the deaths of reservation holders in any name on university hostels or the rejection of M.Phil or PhD research to be guided by the touchable communities.

 

I am drawing attention to my lived experience with the so-called followers of Ambedakr on the campuses of the University of Hyderabad (UoH), Pondicherry University (PU), Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences (BANISS) and Jamia Milia Islamia (JMI), where I studied and discontinued due to the harassment of Ambedkar followers who are non-meritorious in academics. Of course, I am an inter-caste born Pooja Yadav-Dalit-Christian scholar.

 

I read many writings by the classical thinker of Telugu literature, Gurram Jashuva, who created enormous knowledge on the issues of untouchability even though he never belonged to the caste of mainstream Dalit. He was born to Madiga-Pooja-Yadav-Christian parents in one of the non-meritorious South Asian Indian villages. But the way he created knowledge is unchallengeable despite his Madiga-Yadav-Christian poverty background. He used his writings to challenge Hindu society and defeated many orthodox Hindu Brahmins with his powerful writings. So his intellectual writings have brought Brahmins to his feet, but he never begs for reservations like the way India’s 98% of people beg. He is not a politician like Gandhi or Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, nor is he a rural landlord who knows violence, but he believed in knowledge where there was no representation for the Untouchables. My Pooja-Yadav mother-SUGUNA YADAV used to say that how the Indian caste system has systematically spoiled the spirit of knowledge creation. She used to say further that with the entry of agriculture castes, Vaishyas, Kshatriyas, vernacular-speaking Brahmins, along with reservation holders, the Indian academy has died.

 

There are important reasons for the lack of representation of Untouchables, Tribes, Agriculture castes, Vaishyas, Kshatriyar and vernacular speaking Brahmins, because:

 

These above-mentioned groups never believe in reading texts.

 

They never have the habit of reading or writing.

 

They are accustomed to manipulations based on lies.

 

They never know the meaning of ethics in everyday life.

 

They have been living a life of lies, manipulations, unethical living, and dishonesty for the last 6000 years.

 

So there is no difference between a vernacular-speaking Brahmin or a Dalit-Mala-Mahar-Parayar in terms of manipulations. They are accustomed to a life of getting fruit without doing any hard work. For example, a non-meritorious reservation holder pursuing a PhD in Sciences recently committed suicide.When the university suspended him based on his violent behavior towards another student who also belonged to a non-meritorious organization in the realm of knowledge creation, it became a national issue with the sympathy of the non-meritorious reservation holders. They have disturbed an entire Indian's precious time in the name of caste. Many Chief Ministers and politicians have visited the university and supported the non-meritorious reservation holders who have been blocking the university since the day of the suicide. Now their demands are indirect:

 

We do violence, but you should not take any action.

 

If you take action, we will blame you in the name of caste.

 

We want free degrees without studying or without writing exams or theses.

 

We want to teach at premier medical, engineering, social sciences, and sciences institutions such as IITS, IIMS, central or state universities, and so on, but you should not expect us to speak in English after 30 years of service.

 

We want M.Phil, Ph.D degrees, and finally, faculty positions without even knowing the spelling of Rousseau or Derrida. This is the fate of the Indian academy.

 

Let us ban student organizations from the knowledge creation centers in any form.

 

Let us fight for knowledge creation.

 

Let us save the universities from the hands of reservation holders, agricultural castes, vaishyas, kshatriyas, and vernacular-speaking Brahmins.

 

Let us save knowledge creation from the hands of politicians.

 

Let us fight for a creamy layer among the SC and ST groups like OBC.

 

Jawaharlal Nehru University has become another Maharwada or Malawada with the entry of non-meritorious-reservation holders as well as joining with the support of politicians.

 

Restrictions should be prohibited at the research and teaching levels of higher education.

I have come across many non-Brahmin students and research students committing suicides on the campuses of colleges and universities in India. It is surprising to listen that they are being humiliated by the caste Hindus in the name of caste or merit. I have seen many dead bodies that died for the sake of this so-called humiliation in the name of merit or caste. But nowhere had I seen a Brahmin is getting suicide due to racial discrimination in the west by deriving my attention from the Australian experience. I met many Indians in Sydney when I was studying Human Rights course from the Sydney University in 2011. Every Indian Hindu started saying white people are discriminating them because they are not meritorious, because they are cheap labour. I met many Indian Hindu doctors and software Engineers who are working in the agricultural fields, petrol banks, roads, barber shops, university canteens and car wash companies, hotels as cleaners for $4, 8, 10, 15, 20, and 30 per hour. Every Indian Hindu say that they are not getting respect from the white people, they are not getting rented rooms in white towns, they are not allowed to stay in the white streets but black towns on par with the other Asians and Africans. Black towns are the places where Asians and Africans live. There is a reason for this that rents are cheap in this locality and they are belongs to same ghetto people from the subcontinent with peculiar cultural and religious behaviours. For instance I stayed at the Sydney University Village (SUV) at the Sydney University in White Town by paying $400 per week in my studio apartment. Of course there is a clear cut discrimination not based on race but based on religion. I had seen how an African from Uganda is being treated differently from the same African from Uganda who was a Muslim so same with Christian from India with Hindu. As a matter of fact Hindus and Muslims or Buddhists or Sikhs never get equal treatment on par with the Christian from any society in the white western society.

Jewish teachers are in love with Indian Hindu Brahmins for only one reason that both share superstitions and blind beliefs. Moreover Jewish are isolated from the public sphere in Australia not because they are inferior race like Untouchables of India/Asia but because they are most unscientific and most inhuman community unlike Untouchables of Asia who believes in Science and Technology. Another reason is that no Hindu Brahmin get rented rooms in the white town so with the Jewish that stay in the Jewish ghettos like Asian Hindus in black ghettos unlike Asian Christians who stay in white towns in Australia. So Asian/African Hindus or Muslims who have been staying in white western Christian countries with lots of humiliation in the name of non-merit, inferior race, black/yellow race, short race, and cheap labour, funny cultural people but never ever go for suicide despite their everyday humiliation in the hands of scientifically superior races or religion.

So there are many examples to say that how Indian Hindus or Muslims are living with everyday humiliation in civilized Christian societies in the name of most non-meritorious and intellectually inferior races but they never go for any suicide. So what is the problem with Indian sub-subaltern castes who commit suicide in the name of caste based discrimination or merit? Can’t they survive in the country in which they born when their fellow Indian Hindus are living in white western Christian countries with more than humiliations that they are carrying the same way India’s Untouchables are carrying in India? What is difference between humiliated Indian Hindu communities in white western Christian societies and Untouchables in India in facing humiliation? Why India’s Untouchables are committing suicide when their fellow Hindus are living happily with the same humiliation at the hands of whites in white western Christian societies?

I understood from my lived experience in Brazil and Australia that Hindus or Jewish or Muslims or Sikhs or Buddhists or Jain community people are living in white western Christian societies by facing humiliation everyday whereas Untouchables are not able to bare this everyday humiliation but except committing suicide. Committing suicide is misguiding people in any aspect. Life is a challenge so one should challenge the life to live productively instead of committing suicide. Hindus are living in Christian societies without producing any knowledge so same with Muslims why not Untouchables who carry the spirit of Hinduism in every aspect? A student committing suicide or anyone in that sense is a nonsense and unproductive. Let us not think about suicide but challenge the well established cultures, traditions, ideologies, theories and practices by producing knowledge an alternative knowledge.

RELIGIOUS FAITH AS A THREAT OF HUMAN GROWTH IN ASIA

I want to write on this application of reason in everyday aspect of life, has come from my observation with the Chief Minister of Telangana who belonged to an intellectually inferior ‘agrarian’ caste Velama from South Asian state of India. Chief Minister had organized many Yajnas before it, so it’s not his first Yajna and not his last Yajna. Recently he had conducted some unscientific, irrational and meaningless Hindu religious Yajnas for Telangana region for which President of India along with other state and central ministers including people from the legal sectors, university teachers alike have attended and praised his Yajnas for the development of Telangana. Government is spending millions of dollars on this unscientific religious Yajnas and according to sources on estimation of expenses on this religious event is that the Government of Telangana had spent Rs.7 crores in Indian currency but it is beyond that estimation. It is stunning news for any person who believes in application of reason or science but question comes who are Progressive intellectuals in India or Afghanistan or China. It is really reminded my old days with schools, colleges and universities in various parts of india.

I started reminding my school days and college days even university days where senior Professors and Vice Chancellors do Saraswati pooja for knowledge along with celebrating other Hindu religious poojas at various occasions. Teachers and students are very active in religious celebrations particularly at the schools, colleges and universities. I have started observed why these school teachers and college lecturers were and university teachers are so involved in this kind of irrational religious celebrations on the educational premises.

I used to read that Dr Samaram and his family members are so progressive and rationales so I had visited their Hospital where I met few white western rationales. I found M K Gandhi photo inside of his NGO. It’s again stunned and shocked me. Because Dr Samaram or his family members are progressive right from his Father but after seeing Hero Worship of Gandhi and his so-called freedom movement I had realized that it’s very difficult to define who are rationals and who are irrationals in the context of India. So the same with other rationales who were shot dead by extreme Hindutva forces in western India and south India. It is same with so-called literary figures who returned their awards to the government in the name of NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH & NO SECURITY FOR THE LIVES OF INTELLECTUALS. I do agree that religious intolerance is well established in India right from the 6000 years so where is the question of tolerance in subcontinent. Most of so-called intellectuals with the exceptional cases of Internationally Renowned Historian Romila Thapar who rejected Government of India’s award by saying that “I only accept awards from the academic institutions or those associated with my professional works” unlike Thapar had turned down the Padma Bhushan on an earlier occasion — in 1992. To the President, she explained the reason for turning down the award thus: "I decided some years ago that I would only accept awards from academic institutions or those associated with my professional work, and not accept state awards." So corruption is a well established phenomenon in Indian culture and tradition. It has its own religious reasons which support this bribe to eliminate enemies or get into high or low offices.

I found only one reason is that they are naturally right from their birth or from the generation of 6000 years are a people without any human skills i.e lack of reasoning, rationality, scientific temper, progressive, humanity, love, care, affection, fraternity towards their living creatures in subcontinent. Why I am saying these reasons behind their hypocrisy is lies. They are born and brought up in a society which is lying based with its strong hypocrite cultural values. But I had observed white people when I was in Sydney University for my human rights studies that white western Christian society is a great society with greatest human values. I found there are massive hospitals for the animals and birds on par with the human hospitals. Any society can’t be progress unless until its science and technology does not have human, animal or bird face. I had seen white people in Sydney the way in which they love animals and birds without any discrimination. They keep pigs, dogs etc as their pet dogs unlike Indians who worship cow but they never feed cows and who hate other animals such as pig. They love pigeon but hate crow. We can’t even compare greatest west with inhuman east in terms of love, care, affection towards human or animal or bird. For civilized west black is a beauty but for the intellectually inferior Asia ‘Asian white’ is a beauty. The notion of beauty is different from white western Christian society where beauty is nothing but loving any creature unlike Indian way of self-glorification. Indian beauty is a beauty of unproductive and uncompetitive in any aspect of life.

For instance, in a society like India or Afghanistan or China there is no value for human life, animal life or birds life because religious faith is so dominant that its application of irrationality, superstitious believes and non-progressive ideas and life is determining the progress of the society with its totality of religious faiths. Application of Reason should have human face such as love, care, affection, responsibility towards every living creature otherwise society will be stagnant like India or Afghanistan or China. China, a Buddhist country, is a full of superstitions and unscitific society like its counterpart Islamic and Hindutva societies, despite of its development in economic prosperity compare to any Asian state. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s thesis of Buddhism is a false observation and Buddhist humanism is a myth so one should not come to conclusion that Buddhism is a scientific religion and its full of humanity by reading the works of  Ambedkar. Professor Anand Teltumbde is one of the revolutionary writer and great academic from South Asia who writes about this myth of social justice or humanity in Buddhism from the perspective of progressive knowledge and scientific research. Unfortunately non-meritorious followers of Dr B R Ambedkar who never even read Ambedkar Writings and Speeches have been followed his Buddhist Conversion blindly. They are following their meritorious Doctor in terms of Buddhism,who obtained progressive knowledge by acquiring prestigious degrees from the prestigious Christian countries The United States of America, Great Britain and Germany, without questioning the unscientific and hierarchical forms of Buddhism. If Hinduism gives a Brahmin, a priestly group religiously, at a top of the vertical hierarchy then Buddha had given a Kshatriya or ruling group religiously at the top. So Buddhism is nothing but Hinduism in terms of irrationality or unscientific way of life but this earned Doctor from the prestigious Christian universities Colombia University, London School of Economics and Bann University had misguided his ‘Mahars’ because:

He is a Hindu by heart and his family members are the faith holders of Kabirpanth

He wants a new identity which should not contradict with his ancestors religion i.e. Hinduism

He wants his Mahars to be part and parcel of Hindutva religion through this unscientific religious conversion to Buddhism (Please read Edmund Weber’s works of Ambedkar’s Buddhism). Edmund Weber is an internationally renowned religious scholar from the Germany who studied Ambedkar and his inner personal attachment with Hinduism. He knows that his community people like Hindu communities never have habit of reading a progressive book through which application of reason can come out. I can’t talk about Mohandas Karanchand Gandhi’s Hinduism because he is not a man of knowledge so I really do not like to spend my time or energy or money by focusing on his non-meritorious activities. White western society wanted to bare Gandhi on their shoulders because they are getting cheap labours from India. Indian Doctors, Software Engineers, Academicians from south India or Business groups from Gujarat or Punjab are cheap labour for the services of white western Christian society so if you look at the increase of Visas for Indians will be a valid witness for praising Gandhi for his unscientific way of life with a strong irrational religious ideology.

I had experience the life of Indian community in Australia without any respect, self-respect and dignity. I worked in a car wash company in which I saw more than 12 Indian guys who are working in that white man running car wash as cleaners. I used to work on every Saturday because my Student visa permit to work on only Saturday and Sunday so I used to work 3 hours on Saturday and used to spend that money for buying some books whereas Indian youth who are Hindus by religion are the graduates or post graduates of Medicine and Engineering degrees. They are holding student visas for a small colleges running by Indian community in Sydney but they never attend classes because as per their words that they have agreement with Indian running colleges in Australia that they won’t attend any class but work. Second agreement is that they should get degree after specific period to apply for the Permanent Residence (PR).

Generally when you are applying for a Student Visa you are promising to those Embassies that you will be coming back to your home country to serve your country with the progressive knowledge you earned from those colleges or universities from the west. But the moment you land in those Heavens on Earth you are searching for car wash companies or agricultural fields or beauty salons to earn dollars. I met many Indians with MBBS Degrees who are working in the agriculture field with their wives because per hour it carries $40 so it gives more money compared to car wash where you get $10 to $12 per hour.

Another important matter is that Indians who are going with Medical or Engineering Degrees would not become Doctors of Engineers directly but you should qualify their tests to know whether you are fit or unfit to be a Doctor or Engineer. Most of the Medical or Engineering degree holders are working in other professions because they are not able to pass that required tests conducted by white countries. It shows the pathetic condition of Indian academy at the hands of non-meritorious teachers and rulers.

He knows that India’s ‘Untouchables’ like their counterpart ‘Touchables’ never have thought process to create knowledge because they are basically coming from a lie based society which guided its people into manipulations, violence, corruption, unethical, inhuman values historically. For instance Indians glorify that they have found airplane by a sage 2000 years ago. And they claim that they are the contributors of Zero. By looking at these claims by Indian community A Cambridge University Professor Venkatraman Ramakrishan, a Nobel Laureate and a Structural Biologist who joined at the Cambridge University and who earned lot of knowledge over a period of 40 years to earn this internationally renowned non-political award NOBEL for his works. He shared it. Nobel Laureate Venkatraman Ramakrishnan refused to accept the myth of Argumentative Indians for various claims such as idea of airplane by a sage or creation of zero. A country without any strong ethics and who glorify its culture and tradition is a greater threat to human development. A country with a strong ethical values with human face with the greater principals of equality, liberty, freedom and fraternity would rule the world in terms of love, care, affection, security, prosperity etc but unfortunately Asian way of life has became threat to human progressiveness.

I find Application of Reason or Science is an essential character of any society to progress or develop. One should connect with an application of reason to progress individually or in group or as a society or nation to compete with white western modernity. Rulers from Asia or Africa are mostly beneficiaries of religious faiths because as long as people carry the ideology of religious faith in everyday life ruling communities would not bother about their regime. So as Socratese said rulers should be well educated not in the sense of India or Afghanistan or China but in the sense of west. Application of Reason should replace irrational religious faiths to enhance individual growth in terms of knowledge, skills, progressive ideas, rationality

As Socrates said a strong mind will think of greater ideas

An average mind will think about events

And weak minds will discuss about people

So greater ideas will emerge by reading progressive literature written by eminent Social Scientists or Scientists or Autobiographies from the west

Most of Asians would spend their entire life by focusing on discussions like marriage, children, property, narrow politics, caste, religious festivals, dowry etc. I have never seen an Indian or Asian reading a book on trains or flights or even in the academic institutions were supposed to read lot of literature to create knowledge. Asian or African race is backward for more than 10000 years than the white western society. You can never seen a white man without reading and writing his journal and you will never seen an Indian while reading a book written by John Rawl. Even to Indian academic, John Rawl is a new.

People who are fighting for Human Rights and Social Justice are supposed to be great readers like Dr B R Ambedkar in Asia but unfortunately they are becoming great scholars in the school of manipulations rather than school of knowledge creation like western societies. It is the pathetic condition of Indian or Asian society in terms of applying reason to their everyday life. In this application of Reason every Asian shares equal role in crushing the modernity irrespective of caste, creed, gender, region, religion etc.

Asians or Pacific’s are sharing the same standpoint on this ignoring reason to judge with their fellow Asians to prove that they are different from more different in remaining as they are as intellectually inferior societies. The countries which respected application of reason, enlightenment, renaissance, human values and ethical values are more developed historically than the countries which believed Religious Faith is the ultimatum.

Why is Indian academy dead in the knowledge creation? Why most of the academicians look at you very peculiarly the moment when you talk about knowledge creation in India? Why teachers and research scholars from the Science background became unscientific, irrationals, superstitious, dependents, and non-academicians, non-producers, non-meritorious and non-knowledgeable in the academic discourses in the way in which white western Christian Universities are creating knowledge in the scientific knowledge? What made Scientists so unscientific in their daily life of India? What made Social Scientists or Scientists or Mathematicians to behave like a feudal in his/her daily life? Why are the ‘agrarian’ ‘hilly’ ‘women’ ‘untouchables’ ‘business’ ‘politicians’ ‘non-English speaking Brahmins with Indian degrees’ ‘religious scholars’ have became so non-meritorious from the period of Adi-Dravidian/Dravidian/Aryan rule to present day with the exception of British rule in the subcontinent i.e 1858 to 1947? What made these communities so weak and inferiors in the knowledge creation? Why Asian or African race is so inferiors when we look at their IQ levels or having very poor skills in academic or knowledge discourses when we compare with white western Christian societies? Of course there are few exceptional cases individually (Such as internationally renowned Emeritus Professor Romila Thapar or Professor Partha Chatterjee who got western Degrees with other few intellectuals with Indian degrees) but not in group or universities or institutions which are being funded by private or public. I do exempt premier centers like CSDS, CSSS and CSCS which are striving for knowledge creation in India. Why did NO Indian with 6000 years of ‘great’ culture, history, spirituality, purity, have invented/created any theory or machine in any discipline? Why did NO Indian University or Technical institutions or medical institutions never got into the first 1000 places in the knowledge creation? What is the contribution of 6000 years of Indian spirituality which produced manipulators and corrupted? Why did Indians look at the white western Christian Universities for learning?

What is the difference between CSDS, CSSS or CSCS and private or public funding academic institutions in India in the discourses of academics? Why certain group of students from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) are protesting against a non-meritorious Gajendra Chauhan whom the ‘right wing Hindutva state’ has appointed as its Director? Why not other students from other public or private universities are silence about the non-meritorious teachers and Vice-Chancellors? What is the contribution of FTII to the film industry except producing few elite directors or producers who made movies by copying Hollywood movies or enjoying the popularity through feudal based media? What is the contribution of its alumni to the ‘street theater’ which represent most under-privileged categories? Can any student of any Central/State Universities question the political appointments of non-meritorious Vice-Chancellors by the Center or State governments?

I am deeply getting hurt when I am seeing the existing conditions of State and Central Universities or so-called production centers which have became merely puppets in the hands of political offices or reservations. Recently I have visited a Central University of Hyderabad in South Asia where some caste based students organizations are shouting slogans against the Vice-Chancellor of their university who is politically appointed as a Vice Chancellor of that reputed university which is reputed for its Department of Chemistry.

With curiosity, I started reading wall posters of that particular group of students regarding restriction of their community five Mala (a predominant ‘Untouchable’ caste in the state of Andhra Pradesh in terms of politics, employment and education institutions who joined under the reservations meant for them. They have occupied 15% of reservation meant for ‘Untouchable’ communities. They are predominant in economic prosperity, employment opportunities but except in the knowledge production. They are in the outside of the knowledge production process like their fellow intellectually inferior ‘agrarian’ castes to which this Vice-Chancellor of Hyderabad Central University belongs in South Asia. He is a Kamma by caste which is considered to be an intellectually inferior agricultural community in South Asia) are restricted from the University for the incident in which they have involved in a violence by beating someone who is leading the ‘right wing Hindutva student organization’ to which the current Vice Chancellor is belonged.

These five Mala students are pursuing Ph.D Degrees in various departments or centers so I wanted to know the ‘truth’ of both claims i.e. claims of Mala students regarding political conspiracy to restrict their community students from the university hostels, administration building, and that of claims of University to restrict these Mala students in the name of casteist, anti-nationals, aggressive, violence and non-academics. The Mala Student Organization has come up with new information that the present Vice-Chancellor was the main reason for restricting their community students in a decade ago when he was a Chief Warden. I have enquired the non-Mala students regarding reason for the last time banning the ten Mala Students and banning five Mala students now. They said the same reason that they are most violent and non-academic for both incidents in which same Mala students as well as present Vice Chancellor then the Chief Warden involved.

I have started enquiring about the merit or demerit of the both claims. I have spoken to some 100 students of this University belonged to Integrated, PG, Research degrees from various schools of Sciences, Mathematics, Social Sciences and Humanities. First I had enquired about the Professor Appa Rao who is a Vice Chancellor now about his academic credentials for becoming Vice Chancellor of this University. Every one said the same answer that he is a close ally of the Bharateeya Janata Party (BJP) so that he got lucky to become a Vice Chancellor of this prestigious university like Gajendra Chauhan of FTII who is intellectually inferior but got ‘luck’ to became a head of the institution.

Second enquiry is about Mala students who are active in the caste politics on the campus that most of the students said ‘these Mala students who run caste politics are academically unfit but good at manipulations’. In the both cases of Vice Chancellor or Mala students answer is same i.e both are academically inferiors and good at manipulations. Now we should think about the condition of knowledge creation at the hands of intellectually inferior teachers and research groups.
