Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana, or N. V. Ramana, the 48th chief justice of India, has a long history of corruption[1] and has been part of systematic and open corruption, violence, nepotism, casteism, racism, and untouchability from his family tree till today, but still became chief justice of India like almost all chief justices of India.
Almost all judges are legally illiterate in their field of legal knowledge. As every Indian is aware of the open corruption of Indian academia and its corrupted educational system, one can’t expect any judge or lawyer or advocate with excellency in law or constitutionality or constitutional morality. They do not even know the meaning of what the justice system means since every judge uses his or her caste, religion, political party in order to become judges, justices, chief justices, or attorneys of India. If we test them under a lie detector, you will get shocking results about their heinous crimes in the name of the law.
Mr.N.V. Ramana was born into the feudal Hindu-Shudra Kamma caste, which is known for its notorious violence, massacres[2], corruption, and crimes against humanity in India. They are the feudal lord caste with their massive violence and corruption. In the white western countries, they are omnipresent and omnipotent. They are known for international monetary crimes, corruption, and violence. They have global networks with politicians across the globe. They are running even a private army in order to kill untouchable castes in India. They are notorious in India for raping, killing, and massacres against the weaker sections of society. They are powerful in every white western country. They are part and parcel of social, political, economic, and academic corruption. They are running their own educational institutions where the caste men and women obtain fake degrees. They destroyed the entire educational system in India with their political power. Mr. Ramana belongs to this category of non-merit. He might not even touch any law books in his life. In any case, reading or touching a book is not a cultural practice in India. Everyone obtains their academic certificates from corruption. He is not new to it; even Nobel laureates from India are not immune to this daily corruption. Nobody touches a book, but everyone becomes judges, justices, chief justices, etc. What can you expect from a third world nation like India or Nepal besides crimes against humanity?
I have never come across any judges, advocates, or lawyers in India with an intellectual background. How do you expect constitutional morality when you have non-meritorious, corrupted, manipulated, nepotistic, casteist, racist people in your legal systems? Indian society deserves genuine intellectuals, scholars, and theorists in the justice department, not corrupted judges. At least so-called judges, advocates, lawyers, or attorneys should start reading or touching a book now so that they can come to know what justice means or what law means. Corruption, violence, and nepotism are deeply ingrained in the Indian judiciary, just as they are in the Indian civil society. Truth alone triumphs.
