untouchables in Laxmipuram village, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA
The long-time lawmaker and 2024 contestant lawmaker, Mr. Chintamaneni
Prabhakar, Kamma by caste from Telugu Desam Party(TDP) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chintamaneni_Prabhakar)
has a long history of criminal record of abusing untouchable castes like any
Hindu legislator in India. Today's repeated physical abuse of untouchables (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNGT3XBbibY&t=596s)
in Laxmipuram village is another example
of how present and former lawmakers of India are killing and maiming
untouchables every moment. As I informed in my every email complaint, there is
no place in India safe for untouchables. No police, no judiciary, and no
mechanism to arrest any lawmaker who is killing and maiming the untouchable
castes in India. I have been making complaints for the last 20 years but it’s futile.
The organs of the Indian State are destroyed by the caste system and its agents
Lawmakers, lawgivers, and its executive members. Moreover, the Indian State and
its society are searching for me to kill. Killing every human rights activist,
intellectual, scholar, poet, and vegan is a crime against humanity but it’s a
piece of cake for Indian lawmakers.
To
The USA, EU, EU Court of Justice, UNO, and Other Human Rights Bodies,
I am writing to you now about the thousands of years of caste- and
untouchability-based genocide against untouchable castes carried out by the
Indian state and society. My email complaints to each of you provide a strong
legal case that India's actions have repeatedly and egregiously violated
international law, particularly the 1948 Genocide Convention.
Indian society and the state of India are explicitly stated in my email
concerns as "India has engaged in, is engaging in, and risks further
engaging in genocidal acts against the untouchable castes in Indian
society." Killing them, raping them, lynching them, massacring them,
maiming them, degrading them, derogating them, burning them alive, dismembering
them, threatening them, extra-judicial killings, excluding them, isolating them,
lessening them, rejecting them, repulsing them, reducing them, bullying them,
boycotting them, eliminating them, causing them serious mental and bodily harm,
and purposefully subjecting them to conditions calculated to bring about their
physical destruction and elimination as an Untouchable caste are acts committed
against Untouchable castes for thousands of years by both Hindu traditional and
contemporary Hindu lawmakers of Indian State and its Hindu Society. Indian Hitler
wakes up when they see an untouchable.
My correspondence with you also situates India's activities within a larger
framework of its treatment of untouchable castes throughout its millennia-long
apartheid, its protracted campaign of hostility against them, and its
millennia-long blockade of untouchable castes and the atrocities carried out.
With the necessary express goal of eradicating the untouchable castes in India
as a component of the larger Indian national, racial, and untouchable caste,
Indians have been committing genocide against the untouchable castes for 6,000
years.
According to Article 2 of the Convention, genocide is defined as acts
carried out with the purpose of completely or partially destroying a national,
ethnic, racial, or religious group. These acts can include the murder of group
members, serious physical or mental harm to members of the group, the
intentional infliction of conditions on the group that are calculated to result
in the group's physical destruction, the imposition of measures meant to
prevent births within the group or the forcible transfer of group members'
children to another group. Genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, direct and
public incitement to commit genocide, attempts to commit genocide, and
cooperation in genocide are all crimes under international law, as stated in
Article 3 of the Convention.

In my complaint to you via email, I said that "any state party to the
Genocide Convention, and not only a specially affected state, may invoke the
responsibility of another state party to ascertain the alleged failure to
comply with its obligations to stop crimes against untouchable castes and to
bring that failure to an end.".
In my concerns, I make it very evident that India's failure to comply with the
Convention stems from its duty to stop genocide against untouchable castes in
India.
I beg you to take immediate action and file a lawsuit against the Indian
government for the genocidal persecution of the untouchable castes in India.
How long would you entertain the Indian ideology against untouchable castes?
