Dear National Commission for Scheduled Castes, Dear National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Government of India, Dear Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Commission, Mr. Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh,
Mr. Chitta Vijay Prathap Reddy has been visiting various government-run public hostels meant for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Castes (BC), and Minority (Christian and Muslim) hostels in the name of checking and uploading videos of dehumanizing, humiliating, and insulting words, expressions, and facial feelings towards hostel employees. Most of them belong to SC, ST, and BC, including women employees and other Christian and Muslim minorities. Mr. Chitta is uploading videos where there is a violation of the human rights of employees, in which their dignity, self-respect, honor, self-identity, privacy, etc. are being violated by him. Uploading a video without the consent of the people who are in it is a human rights violation that violates the privacy and private lives of the individuals who are appearing in those videos. He clearly violated not only the human rights of the people but also the Constitution of India and regional and global human rights bodies. He is a State government commission chairman and violated the human rights of people in the video. He is also earning thousands of dollars (5 to 6 lacks rupees in Indian currency per month) from YouTube by uploading videos to his private and personal channels. It is an open violation of the Constitution of India and is considered open corruption, breaking every government rule and regulation. He is verbally abusing employees and forcing students to physically abuse those castes and tribes that belong to marginalized sections. He is encouraging students to destroy the lives of SC, ST, BC, BC-C Christian, etc employees. He is clearly violating every human rights law as well as openly corrupting the public system. He is violating the fundamental rights of citizens and earning huge amounts of money by using videos from YouTube. I am even suspecting bribes and corruption from employees and contractors since his unethical life shows clearly. Hence, the national human rights commission or national scheduled caste commission should take stringent action against Mr. Chitta Vijay Prathap Reddy, who should be removed and arrested for violating the basic human rights of employees who belong to SC, ST, BC, and minority religions. He is well aware that most scheduled castes employees belong to Christian religions, so intentionally humiliates SC, ST, BC, and minority religious people in the name of inspection He is threatening SC, ST, BC, and minority religious employees in the name of suspension and inspection. I would be happy if you ordered an inquiry about his illegally earned properties and his earning tens of thousands of dollars from his YouTube channel.
I hope your machinery will educate about the UNO conventions, treaties, the 1948 UDHR, the truth, and other treaties to which India is a ratifying country. India should uphold its promise to global human rights and its implementation. You can’t continue to carry the spirit of totalitarian ideology at the cost of the 1948 UDHR. It seems to me that India and its organs of government are oppressing the human rights of marginalized sections. India is not a place for the safety of civil rights ideologies. I hope your human rights bodies and law and order police department will educate about global human rights and sideline with global human rights. Try to be independent in your profession and uphold the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Do not side with the majority with fear of life and death. India became the country with the most lawlessness in the world. I hope you guys would change the status of India in its most brutal violations of human rights of untouchable castes, human rights defenders, and progressive ideologues.
