Today (22, November, 2022) again, five hours ago, I received email reply from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India on my five days (Thursday, Nov 17, 11:00 AM (5 days ago) email complaint against Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, for killing four rape accused (daily wage laborers) Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jolu Naveen in a fake encounter on December 6, 2019.

According to human rights frontline defenders such as myself, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of India stands with state and non-state actors and its notorious mechanism to carry out massacres against rape-accused Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen by the Telangana State Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, in a fake encounter on December 6, 2019. Time and again, it is attested that the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India, is standing with the state and the hegemonic non-state actors and its notorious mechanism in order to carry out massacre, genocide, and open persecution against untouchable castes, weaker sections, sexual minorities, Africans, and powerless and daily wage workers to please its majoritarian Hindu wishes, desires, and wills without giving any scope to truth and justice in India. I hope you will follow the George Stinney case trail in order to bring justice to the victims of Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, and the former Chief Minister of Gujarat State and present Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, for their crimes against humanity. There is no crime without punishment. After 70 years, the George Stinney case was reopened, and justice was served. There is no time limit to carry out justice legally. Indeed, your decision violates the United Nations, the Rule of Law, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the International Criminal Court, the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the 1948 Genocide Convention, all of which you are signatories to. |
