I have been following Mr. Lalith Kumar’s YouTube channel, Hindu Jana Shakti ("Hindu People Power") (The translation is mine.) and TV9 for a long time. In one of his recent YouTube videos, Mr. Lalith Kumar used derogatory language about Periyar Ramasamy, the Father of the Tamil Race and the Father of Scientific Thinking and Rationality.
As you are aware, Ramasamy and his Self-Respect movement have created a scientific atmosphere in the Tamil region through scientific speeches, debates, discussions, and actions against well-established Hindutva's uncivilized caste system, which sponsored unbearable untouchability, genocide, massacre, brutal violence, oppression of human equality, truth, rationality, and democratic process, and paved the way for the emergence of Hindutva.
Mr. Stalin, his father, Mr. Karunanidhi, or other low-caste Chief Ministers would not have become Chief Ministers if they were born in a non-Tamil region like Telugu or Hindi, where castes of mind or Hindutva terrorist ideology are so deeply rooted in their Hindutva way of life.
Mr. Periyar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and Mr. Jothibha Phule's movements have raised scientific awareness, democratic principles, rationality, and progressive ideology among India's persecuted communities, such as untouchable castes, Dravidians, and blacks. Periyar, Ambedkar, or Phule certainly deserved the highest respect in the world since they were agents and champions of human rights, science, rationality, and democratic movements in India, even though India is a totalitarian Hindu nation with its primitive way of life.
The greatest social reformers like Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Mr. Periyar, and Mr. Phule have fought for the human status of untouchable castes, Dravidians, blacks, LGBTQ communities, low castes, women, and the female condition in India with their tireless movements for social justice, human rights, gender justice, and human equality, even though India or Hinduism never changed their way of life with their totalitarian ideology. If I recall correctly, global movements opposing racist and casteist Mr. Gandhi or his ideology have led India astray at a time when Ambedkar, Periyar, and Phule are promoting progressive ideologies. Mr. Gandhi’s statues have been removed from various countries in the world for his rampant racism and uncivilized form of Hindutva ideology and way of life.
As you know about Mr. Gandhi, he is a paedophile, whereas Mr. Nehru was a womanizer. I may respect Mr. Gandhi for his bisexual identity, but as a casteist, brutal racist, liar, and pedophile, he destroyed the lives of underage children and destroyed the truth, civil liberties, democratic principles, and scientific temper. Are you not embarrassed to refer to him as Mahatma or Father of the Nation? When Mr. Periyar, Mr. Phule, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar were fighting for the human rights of sub-subaltern castes and groups, Mr. Gandhi and Mr. Nehru spent their time unethically or immorally with multiple sexually involved women and underage children. Mr. Sawarkar and his Hindutva terrorist parties spent their time, energy, and money terrorizing non-Hindu communities. The election of Mr. Narendra Modi-Shah as Prime Minister and Home Secretary of India, as well as the election of another Hindutva terrorist, Mr. Yogi Adityanath, as Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, have dashed any hope of success for democratic principles in India.
Progressive scholars, intellectuals, writers, and human rights defenders like us are seriously threatened by Hindu terrorist organizations like the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrangdal, Hindu Jana Shakti, TV9, etc. Mr. Lalith Kumar of Hindu Jana Shakti is a massively threatening and brutally oppressing voice of global human rights, civil rights, UNO conventions on human rights, the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, European Union human rights principles, and global human rights conventions, along with the Indian Constitution’s preamble, with his brutal speeches against non-Hindu communities, scientists, frontline human rights defenders, untouchable castes, and Christians in Telugu states. Mr. Lalith Kumar has emerged as a Hindu terrorist, openly, with the support of Telugu governments and its civil society. The emergence of Mr. Narendra Modi or Shah as Prime Minister and Home Secretary of India has shocked the international community. Now people like Mr. Lalith Kumar or TV media like TV9 have emerged and taken on the responsibility of terrorizing any freedom of speech, rationality, scientific approach, or UN conventions on human rights. UNO clearly says what crimes against humanity mean. The recent incidents involving Bairi Naresh and Renjarla Rajesh have shocked global human rights bodies. Hindus have taken law and order into their hands to kill Bairi Naresh, Renjarla Rajesh, their family members, and members of other untouchable castes. TV9 strongly supported Hindu terrorism. It is a shame for India and Indian states globally. I hope you will ban and arrest Mr. Lalith Kumar, his channel, and TV9 for inciting brutal violence against UN conventions on human rights, democratization, scientific temper, truth, and peace, untouchable castes, and human rights defenders.
I hope your machinery will educate about the UNO conventions, the 1948 UDHR, the 1948 Genocide Conventions, the truth, and other treaties to which India is a ratifying country. India should uphold its promise to global human rights and its implementation. You can’t continue to carry the spirit of totalitarian Hindutva or Islamic ideology at the cost of freedom of speech, speaking the truth, or the 1948 UDHR. It seems to me that India and its organs of governments are oppressing the truth speakers and helping religious based criminals at the cost of human rights. India is not a place for the safety of progressive ideologues. I hope your law and order police department will educate about global human rights and sideline with progressive or frontline human rights defenders like Bairi Naresh and Renjarla Rajesh. Try to be independent in your profession and uphold the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Do not side with the majority in the name of feelings and sentiments. There is no place for feelings and sentiments in practicing or speaking the truth or implementing the rule of law. India became the country with the most lawlessness in the world. I hope you guys would change the status of India in its most brutal violations of human rights of untouchable castes, human rights defenders, and progressive ideologues. I am giving video links of Mr. Lalith Kumar where he used brutal language on Mr. Periyar and threatened a Christian pastor in this video. TV9 has become another Taliban force in India. I would ask that you take necessary action against these Hindu terrorists and release Mr. Bairi Naresh and Mr. Renjarla Rajesh immediately and punish those Hindu religious Ayyappa terrorists who threatened and defamed India with their open terrorist attack on human rights defenders Bairi Naresh and Renjarla Rajesh, their families, and other human rights defenders.
