Subject: Complaint against massive academic corruption, academic fraud, academic cheating, and an unethical academic way of life by Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha[1], Begari Jagannatham[2], Vulli Dhanaraju[3], etc. during their studies at the University of Hyderabad and now.
Dear Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Basuthkar J. Rao, University of Hyderabad,
I am ashamed of making this complaint against your university's products Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha, Mr. Begari Jagannatham, Mr. Vulli Dhanaraju, and others for their massive academic corruption, academic fraud, academic cheating, and unethical academic way of life while pursuing their research degrees in the school of social sciences, as well as their unending academic corruption, fraud, cheating, and plagiarism now after becoming faculties in India and London. Let me write about their massive academic corruption.
Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha did his Masters in Political Science and M.Phil and Ph.D in the Center for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy (CSSEIP) in the School of Social Sciences. He was my 2008 classmate at the center for the study of social exclusion and inclusive policy. He studied entire schooling and degree in the medium of Telugu language. He can’t even write a goodbye letter in English. He can’t speak even butler English. He speaks butler English throughout his PhD. He is still having trouble writing a leave letter in English. Simply, he is illiterate in English writing and speaking. How did such an illiterate submit his M.Phil and PhD degrees in English? Where did he steal his M.Phil and PhD theses? How come his M.Phil and PhD thesis guides accepted or guided him when he can’t write a leave letter in English? Who wrote his M.Phil and PhD theses? How much corruption has taken place between him and his M.Phil and PhD theses to be accepted and awarded research degrees? How come the doctoral committee and his M.Phil and PhD supervisors accepted or guided him when he is unfit for any research?
I knew him personally that he never had a habit of touching any academic journal or book throughout his PhD studies, simply because he can’t read or understand any academic language or academic theories or theoretical language. He never read any journal or book in his academic career for fear of English. He does not have any English language skills to write his research works. I knew him while serving the teachers of the school of social sciences. He is just like a housemaid to every teacher in the school of social sciences. He was a personal servant to every Brahmin, Mala, and Reddy faculty member and non-teaching community. I have seen his slavery to his PhD supervisor and doctoral committee members. How come Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy was awarded research degrees when he couldn’t even write a sentence in his thesis work? How much corruption has taken place between him and his M.Phil and PhD supervisors and doctoral committee members? Now, Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha became Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha and became a faculty member at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). The TISS is an English-language instruction-based so-called research institution in India, just like the University of Hyderabad. How did Dr. Reddy gets recommended by his PhD supervisor when he can’t write or speak to become an assistant professor at TISS? He migrated to UNO University in Japan, and from there he is teaching in London. He never stopped his massive academic corruption. He published a theoretical book by Sage. He published an article in Economic and Political Week (EPW). He published numerous research articles in various prestigious academic journals across the globe without knowing how to write a sentence in English. The irony is that nothing is written by him. He continued his massive academic corruption, fraud, cheating, lying, and unethical way of academic life from the moment he joined the University of Hyderabad. According to some of his Brahmin political science department professors, it is stunning to see his theoretical articles and books published by prestigious publication houses when he can’t write a sentence or can’t speak a single sentence in English. One of the Political science professors told me that he tore Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy’s M.Phil thesis work since it is plagiarized from google and old works. But the same M.Phil thesis was accepted by a Mala background professor since Mr. Reddy did housekeeping for that corrupt Mala caste background professor from the Anthropology department. Professor Sudhakar Rao, a Mala by caste, was also director of the Center for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy in 2008.
I joined CSSE&IP under the category of "General," even though I belong to an untouchable caste. I have seen, experienced, and observed widespread academic corruption by Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy, his M.Phil, PhD supervisors, doctoral committee members, and Director of the CSSEIP. He used to serve Mala caste background, Brahmin caste background and Reddy caste background professors in order to get his PhD degree. I made several whistleblower complaints against the massive academic corruption of Mala research scholars and teachers in the school of social sciences, along with whistleblower complaints against Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy, his PhD supervisor, doctoral committee members, and CSSEIP.
Dr. K.Y. Ratnam was my PhD supervisor during my PhD. He was a massive academic corruptor. He awarded his Mala caste and other allies MPhil and PhDs massively. His MPhil and PhD awarded research scholars were 100% known for massive academic corruption. Dr. K.Y. Ratnam took my 17 theoretical books and threatened me if I asked him for them. He is a massive academic corrupt like any Mala caste background teachers in school of social sciences. He is unfit for any teaching or research. He awarded his caste background students with M.Phil and PhD degrees who can’t speak or write in English. The irony is that all his students submitted their M.Phil and PhD thesis works in the finest academic writing. When I started voicing my opposition to massive academic fraud and academic corruption by Malas, aka Ambedkar Students Association (ASA) members, Dr. K.Y. Ratnam, Professor Sudhakar Rao, and other Mala caste background professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and research scholars abused me several times physically and mentally. I had been persecuted several times by ASA goons. Every Mala teacher in the school of social sciences is an academic fraud and goon. They use caste, untouchability, and Ambedkar to gain personal and professional benefits. Every Mala caste student, from Integrated Studies to Mala caste professors, uses caste, untouchability, and Ambedkar to get their academic degrees as well as to get university teaching positions. Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha is a gang member of the ASA. He and like any ASA member is a violent, corrupt, fraud, cheating, lie. It is against the integrity of academics. He stole some unpublished works and published them in his name. I would like to know how Mr. Reddy obtained his Masters, M.Phil and PhD degrees when he can’t write an assignment or when he can’t write a leave letter in English? I want to know the scientific evidence of Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy’s academic talent says that he can write a thesis, research paper, assignment, or book. What is the merit of his M.Phil. and PhD supervisors and doctoral committee members who awarded him research degrees? How much corruption has taken place between Mr. Reddy and his PhD supervisor and doctoral committee members? The irony is that there is no course work for any M.Phil or PhD students in the school of social sciences. It is 100% opposed by Mala teachers and research scholars. They are scared of touching books and research articles in journals. They are completely against reading or writing or listening or speaking English. How come all these Mala caste background people obtained their research degrees and became faculties when they never touched a journal or book? How has Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha obtained his research degrees, published numerous research articles, and written books in finest theoretical English when he can’t pronounce, write, speak, listern, read, or touch a journal or book? How come he published numerous research articles and books when he studied in Telugu medium background till his BA and he can’t speak even a butler English? He might have developed his spoken English skills since he is living in London, but I am sure that he can’t write in any academic language. Hence, I would like to request that you set up a committee from Center for the Study of Culture and Society (CSCS) Bangalore, Center for Studies in Social Sciences (CSSS)-Calcutta, or Center for Studies in Developing Societies(CSDS) -New Delhi to personally interview Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha to know his research skills or English writing skills before taking stern action against him. He humiliated India with his massive academic corruption, fraud, cheating, and lying. He is cheating the global academic community. He violated several local, regional, national, and international treaties on truth, integrity, honesty, and ethics with his massive academic corruption.
Second, Mr. Vulli Dhanaraju is worse and more brutal than Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha in terms of academic corruption, academic fraud, cheating, violence, and lying. Mr. Vulli Dhanarju is a Mala by caste. He is a notorious goon on campus. He is known for violence. He uses caste, untouchability, and Ambedkar in order to gain personal and professional benefits. He is the same as Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha in terms of his English language skills. Mr. Vulli does not know the difference between "is" and "was," but he has published numerous research articles and books apart from his M.Phil and PhD thesis works. Mr. Dhanaraju is worse than Mr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha in academics. How did he obtain his M.Phil and PhD degrees from the University of Hyderabad when he can’t pronounce John Rawls' name? How did he become a university faculty member when he is not even fit for higher education? How has he published thousands of research pages when he can’t write a leave letter? How much corruption has taken place between him and his doctoral guide and doctoral committee members? How much bribery was involved in the recruitment of such a non-meritorious fellow at Assam Central University? Mr. Vulli is just like Mr. Reddy. I knew him personally, and I knew of his massive academic corruption, fraud, cheating, lies, violence, nepotism, and plagiarism in the school of social sciences at your university in Hyderabad. What is the English language standard for Mr. Vulli Dhanaraju to write M.Phil, PhD thesis works, research works, and books? He is massively continuing his academic corruption. You should invite CSDS-New Delhi, CSSS-Calcutta, and CSCS-Bangalore to interview Mr. Vulli Dhanaraju to know his academic skills, English language skills, or merit of his research skills or teaching skills. He is just like Mr. Reddy. Mr. Vulli Dhanarju was also just like a housemaid to his Mala caste teachers and Brahmin caste human rights professor, Hara Gopal.
Third is Begari Jagannatham, who has done his M.Phil and PhD in political science and human rights center. He, like Dr. Reddy, serves his Mala caste teachers and human rights professor Hara Gopal. Mr. Begari Jagannatham published an EPW article as a co-author with Professor Hara Gopal. Professor Hara Gopal added his student Begari's name to promote him as a faculty member despite the fact that he does not know the difference between is and was. He is academically illiterate in English. He is just like Mr. Reddy and Mr. Dhanaraju. Mr. Begari Jagannatham submitted his M.Phil. and PhD work and was awarded despite the fact that he is unable to write a leave letter. He has now published numerous research articles and books in prestigious journals and books. He never stopped his massive academic corruption, fraud, and cheating.
The irony is that 100% of Mala faculty members in the school of social sciences are unfit for teaching and research. They are surviving by using caste politics at the cost of merit and knowledge. There are few individual exceptions from a non-Mala caste background. 99% of general-category faculties are unfit for research. There is a deep-rooted Mala caste-based academic culture of corruption, fraud, nepotism, cheating, lies, violence, and persecution. They are nowhere fit for research. I honor and respect a few individuals' original works. But unfortunately, the University of Hyderabad recruited non-meritorious candidates as faculty members in the school of social sciences.
I am really ashamed to say that scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, backward caste, and many general category faculty members are unfit for teaching and research, but still they are omnipotent and omnipresent. During my stay there, I filed several whistleblower complaints against Ambedkar Students Association (ASA) leaders and their Mala caste faculty members for their massive academic corruption, but they proved futile. I have been a victim of Mala caste students, the Ambedkar Students Association, and their teachers and allies. Merit is a victim of ASA and Mala caste teachers, students, and their allies. Thousands of people from the Mala caste and their allies have received research degrees from corrupted Mala faculty members in the school of social sciences. I was forced to leave your university in Hyderabad with fear of death from ASA and Mala caste teachers for making many whistleblower complaints against their widespread academic corruption, fraud, and cheating across India. I am a persecuted whistleblower activist. I am also a persecuted gay or LGBTQ activist at the hands of these notorious Mala caste people or Ambedkarites.
Hence, I would like to make a complaint against the above-mentioned academically corrupted people who studied and were awarded degrees at your school of social sciences and are now working in London and India. I would like to know the scientific merit of these individuals and their academic or research skills to write their MPhil and PhD degrees, as well as whether they can even write their Masters assignments at all. I'm curious why their MPhil and PhD thesis works are accepted when they can't speak or write English. They do not even have listening or reading skills in English. In this situation, who wrote their MA assignments, M.Phil, and PhD thesis works, and who is writing their research articles and books in English?
I am attaching their CVs to do a serious investigation about their academic merit and whether they can write their MA assignments, M.Phil., and PhD thesis works at all.
The trio (Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha, Dr. B. Jagannatham, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju) are another C.N.R. Rao(https://www.nature.com/articles/nature.2012.10102) , S. B. Krupanidhi, Professor Basant Chitara, Professor L. S. Panchakarla(https://www.deccanherald.com/content/228708/cnr-rao-3-others-plagiarism.html) , Professor Balwant Singh Rajput(https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.299.5608.800b) , etc., now in London and India.
I would like to ask London to do a lie detector test on Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha and the Indian State on Dr. B. Jagannatham and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju. Neither their MA papers, M.Phil. thesis work, or PhD thesis or published works were written by them. In other words, nothing is written by them. At their university in Hyderabad, they are massive academic corruptors, criminals, and fraudsters. Anyone can inquire about their English language test scores or have their teachers learn more about their massive academic fraud.
I hope India and London will fight academic corruption tooth and nail in its knowledge production. Every Indian or Londoner deserves original thinking, knowledge, scholarship, and writing. If you do not stop academic corruption, then future generations will become victims of these academic travesties, just as we are victims of our past and present academic corruption, fraud, cheating, lies, nepotism, etc.

Dear Mr. Raju,
Thank you for your detailed e-mail with regard to recruitment of reserved category employees - the University in particular and the country in general. It is very heartening for me to see your concern for the welfare of the University, as also general development of higher education in the country. I share your concerns and endorse your views of ensuring quality education both in the University and the country.
As you may be aware, Universities and Institutions in India have to find the right balance while recruiting; while taking care of constitutional obligations by being inclusive, they have to ensure good quality. Maintaining this fine balance sometimes becomes extremely difficult, since one cannot do justice to all aspects, resulting in compromise on one or more issues. We all strive to find the right balance and have devised time-tested systems such as reputed and renowned persons as experts on selection committees, getting references from peers, etc.
All said and done, heads of Universities and institutions cannot (and perhaps should not) interfere in the selection processes of the respective departments, which are largely left to the Departments concerned and can only witness the selection process at the interview stage. It is left to the experts in the subjects concerned who have the final say, since the Vice-Chancellors cannot enforce his/her will on the board. A large part of it is left to the collective wisdom of all concerned. Heads of Institutions can only give direction to policy and lay down the ideals and set standards of excellence. Individual integrity cannot be enforced by rule of law or laying down policy and can only come from the parties concerned.
However, all is not lost. As long as we have bright young scholars like you, who are concerned with quality of education, I am sure we will see good things in future.

It's wonderful to hear about the vacancies, but I'm disappointed about the recruiting RESERVATION vacancies. I have written earlier to you to save the spirit of the academy by recruiting scholarly teachers from the reservation category at least in future recruitments. As a result, I respectfully request that you not hire teachers from this university's reservation categories. It will take strength for the "violators" to disturb the spirit of the academy in the name of caste. Unfortunately, the father of the Indian Constitution has been encashed by his followers. Regrettably, I fall into this category. As a result, I respectfully request that you fill the reservations of the deserving scholars. And please do not entertain "God Fathers" in the social sciences. Already, "god fathers" in our social sciences have started to recruit their candidates at the expense of others' merit. Sir, last time, Anthropology Professor Sudhakar Rao, former Director of the Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, recruited his own candidates at the expense of others' merit. Now, at least, I am begging you: please recruit the SC, ST, and OBCs with a good academic background. If you really want to develop the reservation holders' academic skills and intellectual level, then please recruit the faculties who can argue academically, scholarly, linguistically, and efficiently with good communication, writing, and reading skills. Most of the reservation holders, be they teachers or M.Phil. or Ph.D. students, are not fit for research on this campus. It does not mean that general categories are worthy of it. There are some who are not meritorious, but there are very few in the social sciences. Sir, while you are recruiting for reservation vacancies, please do not give priority to the Telugu-speaking reservation holders. We have problems with Telugu-speaking reservation sections only in the academy. These Telugu-speaking teachers and scholars are violating the spirit of the academy by forcefully bringing students into their associations in the name of CASTE. Most of their research theses are plagiarized. Please give priority to the non-Telugu-speaking reservation holders while filling the reservations. They do not learn how to speak, write, or read English. But they will blame the dedicated scholars in the name of CASTE. Our university has to compete with CSSS, Calcutta; CSDS, New Delhi; CSCS, Bangalore; CDS, Kerala; IIAS, Shimla; and JNU in terms of quality of education in the school of social sciences. I am really welcoming JNU's stand on anti-reservations for this reason. I appreciate Professor Emeritus TK Oomen's stand on this. Some of the godfathers in the school of social sciences are publishing their articles in reputed journals like EPW with their students' names as co-authors, just to make their students in the social sciences teachers on our campus. I think if you see the recent article by human rights professor Hara Gopal in the EPW, then you will understand what kind of politics are going on to make their students their hereditary servants to flatter them forever. The co-author (Jagannatham) of the article on human rights can't even write a single sentence in English and can't speak English. Sir, I beg you to please hire reservations as faculty and scholars with strong scholarly credentials. We do not want teachers without any skills, particularly in this reservation category. We want teachers who can compete with or produce knowledge like Romila Thapar, Partha Chatterjee, Gopal Guru, Upendra Bakshi, Satish Deshpande, Ashish Nandi, Tk Oomen, Sharmila Rege, Veena Naregal, Susie Tharu, Shashi Hedge, Sanjay Palshikar, Etc I hope you will take the necessary steps to recruit meritorious teachers in the reservation sections. Hence, I request that you please save the spirit of the academy from the inadequate scholarship holders and God's fathers. If you do not hire deserving teachers in this category, people like Satish Deshpande, Jodka, and others who have left may leave this campus in search of a place where they can interact with good academicians, scholars, and rationales to develop contemporary theories and praxis.We have to create another John Rawls and a Robert Nazick in the academy. Sir, thank you so much for reading my request letter patiently, and I hope that you will not forget my letter while recruiting teachers under the RESERVATION CATEGORIES.
