Legally, the judiciary courts can abolish any racial, caste, gender, ethnic, or religious identities of hegemonic communities across the globe. However, because the judiciary, including international criminal courts, carries the spirit of inhuman racial, casteist, gender, and religious purities, it has become hell for the most persecuted untouchable castes, negroes, sexual minorities, and Yazidis. The corruption of the judiciary is a manifestation of cultural and social violence. Hence, it is treated as a crime against humanity.
