Democratic State of India

Democratic State of India

Local criminals are local legislative members.

International criminals are parliament members, ministers, prime ministers, etc.

Agents are police, judiciary members, human rights bodies, law bodies, ambassadors to the UN, etc.

Victims are progressive voices, truth and justice, untouchable castes, and sexual minorities.

Every Indian political leader and civilian from Gandhi to Nehru to Narendra Modi, including judiciary members, human rights members, and law members, are massive violators of the 1948 Genocide Convention and the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) against untouchable castes and sexual minorities in India. Even today, the 1948 Genocide Convention and the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) can’t even imagine state- and civil society-sponsored brutal violence against untouchable castes and sexual minorities in India.

Let me tell you that UNTOUCHABLE/DALIT LIVES MATTER, NEGRO/BLACK LIVES MATTER, LGBTQ LIVES MATTER, and TRUTH & JUSTICE MATTER protests against deep-rooted caste, untouchability, race, gender oppression, lies, and injustice are "more than legitimate". Dr.Suryaraju Mattimalla.

There will be no death penalty, extrajudicial killings, or judicial killings. Judicial killing is a crime against constitutional morality, and extrajudicial killing is a crime against humanity. Even criminals have the right to life in prison. Dr. Suryaraju Mattimalla
