My Birth Was My Mistake:
My 46-Year-Old Lived Experience With Untouchability-Based Experience With The Politics
Of Hate And Discrimination- Dr.
Suryaraju Mattimalla.
My 46-year-old brutal
experience with Hindu religious sponsored untouchability through my untouchable
caste background and the same brutal experience with the same religious racist
system are the driving forces for this decision. Like 250 million untouchables
in the Indian subcontinent, I have come to the same conclusion that my birth
was my mistake in Indian society. I faced unbearable violence due to my
untouchable caste as well as due to my dark-skinned complex. I can’t escape
this 6000-year-old caste system, untouchability, racism, persecution,
dehumanization, humiliation, insult, shame, or genocide as long as the Hindu
religion survives. The Hindu religion is the main-root cause of my every day,
every moment, every second persecution. Humans are separated in the name of
caste, and humans are divided into superior human beings and inferior human
beings. Humans are separated into pure and impure human beings. I faced hate
and discrimination from birth till today. Caste-based, untouchability-based,
and race-based hate and discrimination are deep-rooted in Indian society. How
can I escape from millions of years of untouchability imposed upon me? When can
I obtain human status in India or Nepal or Sri Lanka or Japan or Pakistan or
Bangladesh or wherever Hinduism is practiced? Is there any possibility to
obtain human status? The Hindu religion and its followers are forcing me to eat
human excreta, force me to drink urine, force me to commit suicide, and
forcefully kill me for being loved by their daughters, sisters, and caste people.
They are forcing tens of thousands of untouchable caste people to commit
suicide, even at higher educational institutions. Indian academic institutions
are killing untouchable caste students. The central and state universities are
killing untouchable castes. Who can protect you when educational institutions
are killing untouchables? We are born untouchables, unseeable, unshadowed,
unspeakable, unapproachable, and victims from conception to death. We have been
living in concentration camps for the last 6000 years. Our untouchable areas
are our concentration camps. We are granted sub-human status. We can’t
drink water; we can’t wear shoes; we can’t walk; we can’t sit; we can’t speak;
we can’t wear white dresses; we can’t split; our girls are being raped; our
boys are being killed; our people are being socially boycotted; our houses are
being ghettoized; our settlements are segregated; our shadows are impure; our
bodies are impure; our visibility is our last breath. We are living with the
fear of life and death. We are not humans. We are sub-humans. Our split is
enough to get killed, raped, maimed for life, burn our houses, destroy our tiny
mud houses, or enough to massacre us. How many times are we threatened with our
every breath? We can’t breathe our own, we can’t marry our girls, we can’t
cross the boundaries. We cant go to a public school in the village and exercise
any of our basic human rights. We can’t smile, we can’t laugh, we can’t sit on
a bus, we can’t touch a fellow human being. What kind of life are we leading in
India and where is the universal declaration of human rights on June 13, 2022,
in India? Where are human rights scholars, thinkers, writers, poets, leaders,
representatives, Nobel prize winners, etc.? Where is the United Nations
Organization? I have done with the politics of hate and discrimination, the
politics of purity and impurity, and the politics of Hindu religious
practitioners. I am done with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, done
with the UNO, and done with western politics in Indian matters. Why are you
using the language of rights to manipulate lesser human beings like my fellow
untouchables, who will never achieve human status if you can't implement
universal declarations of human rights? Why are you using the most progressive
language in human rights when you can’t ban the caste system and
untouchability? Why are you assuming my tormentors are the greatest human
rights scholars on earth? Why are you wearing a white mask over your brown skin
in the name of human rights, the Nobel Prize, Marxism, feminism, liberalism,
postmodernism, peace, development, or theory? Have done with your politics of
hate and discrimination in the name of Hindu religion, Hind Swaraj, Hindi,
Hindu, India, Aryan, caste, untouchability, race, swastika, Indo-European race,
Yoga, meditation, spirituality, vegetarianism.
Who is responsible for
the caste-based institutional murder of untouchable castes?
We want human status. I
want to die with human status in my life. What I want is human status. Can I
attain human status in my life?
