The
Untouchable Castes Are The Pillars Of Ethical, Moral, And Democratic Principles
In The Indian Subcontinent-Dr.Suryaraju Mattimalla
As I observed, read, and experienced the success of moral, ethical
and democratic principles in India, I understood that untouchables are pillars
of the success of moral, ethical as well as democratic principles to carry the
spirit of constitutional morality historically till today. In the principles of
human values, there is space for
dialogue, peace, patience, tolerance, and the rule of ethical engagement
democratically to establish any rule of peace or democracy to create a just
society. The untouchable castes in India have a long history of genocide
against them by mainstream religious people. They have at least 6,000 years of
history of genocide against them by twice-born (Brahmin, Kshatriya, and
Vaishya) people and their foot soldiers (Reddy, Kamma, Velama, Kapu, Gouda,
etc.).But nowhere in history shows that untouchables rebelled against their
tormentors from the Brahmin caste to Kshatriya caste to Vaishya caste to Shudra
caste except for bearing unbearable violence perpetrated by their Hindu masters
historically. Hegel’s master-slave dialectics are quite the opposite of
caste-based, untouchability-based, and race-based master-slave relationships in
India. The master is Hindu and the slave is untouchable. During the Islamic
rule of 1000 years in India, the master was Hindu and the slave was
untouchable. During colonial rule in India, masters were Hindu, Muslim, Sikh,
Jain, Parsi, Buddhist, white men and women, and slaves were untouchable. An
untouchable has been a slave forever because his caste status never changed.
Their masters too never change because of their caste status, unlike Hegel’s
master-slave relationship in which a Negro can change his status from slave to
master.
There is an affirmation of slave in Hegel’s master-slave
relationship, but the social status of the untouchable is stagnant in
caste-based slavery in India, Nepal, Japan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri
Lanka, etc. An untouchable is always a slave, regardless of political position,
and is subject to physical and psychological abuse at any time and in any
place. Untouchables are born slaves to established religious people and are
also unseeables, unapproachables, unshadowed, and unspeakables historically.
They are crushed down to a pit, so they can’t fight for human status. As Cornel
West said, the untouchable castes are ontologically wounded, hurt, and
eliminated by established religious people. The Pure souls or vegetarian
ideology Or Yoga or spiritual agents are agents of age-old genocide against
untouchables in South Asia or the Asian-Pacific region. Vegetarians, classical
dancers or singers, spiritual or religious leaders, and others carry the spirit
of a 6000-year-old genocide against untouchable castes even today. The
twice-born sexual minorities or their shudra-caste sexual minorities are other
groups to implement their Manuvadi persecution against untouchable castes.
Gender has changed, but their persecution ideology against untouchable castes
has never changed. I can’t support any pure souls just because they are sexual
minorities. The sexual minorities who belong to Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya,
Shudra, Khan, Sayyad, etc. are notorious for implementing unbearable violence
against untouchable castes.
Sexual minority theorists in India are members of the first
four castes in Indian society. They treat untouchables like shit just like
their cisgender Hindu community. They are sexual minorities, but their way of
life or ideology has the same history as their fellow cisgender Hindu
community. However, the untouchable castes are being killed, massacred,
gang-raped, socially boycotted, and maimed for life. They are still standing
hours and hours in line to cast their votes and choose their Hindu candidates
at gunpoint. They are 250 million untouchables who couldn’t choose their
candidate till today. They are threatened at gunpoint by their historical masters.
I have never seen any untouchables miss their vote. 98.7% of untouchables are
living under the poverty line. This is called caste-based poverty. The Hindu
religion, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, and Parsism and their caste
system, untouchability, racism, persecution, genocide, purity, and impurity
theories and practices put them under the vicious circle of poverty. However,
untouchable castes continue to struggle with their daily labor. Hinduism, or
the Hindu religion, is the root cause of their poverty in South Asia, and
Buddhism is the root cause of their poverty in Buddhist countries. Islam is the
root-cause of their poverty in Islamic societies. They lost human status 6000
years ago with the arrival of the Brahmin and his or her foot-soldiers, i.e.,
Kshatriya, Vaishya, and Shudra. But still, untouchables never touch a gun or
knife. They never rape a woman, kill a Hindu, abuse any Hindu, or ever miss
their vote. Hindus never vote. Hindu elites never vote in their lifetime.
According to the National Election Commission, untouchables cast the highest
percentage of votes, whereas established religious people cast less than 35%.
The social elites of India never cast their vote in their lifetime. With the
history of 6000 years of genocide against them still untold, they stand in the
sun or rain to cast their votes. Except for believing in legal complaints, they
never held a weapon to threaten any established religious people in their
lifetime. They believe in the law even though it (law) is against the law.
Untouchables know very well that the so-called judiciary or courts never judge
in favor of them. They knew that Indian courts, from local justice to the
Supreme Court of India, did practice an unbearable caste system,
untouchability, racism, and persecution against untouchable castes in their
legal judgments. There is no legal judgment that has been delivered in favor of
any untouchable caste in India.
This
is the vulnerability of legal institutions in India. Genociders run legal
institutions, legal studies, or law centers. This is the stunning fact of
Indian law and its carriers. An Indian lawgiver rapes the law publicly. The
established religious faiths' lawgivers and makers have been gang-raping the law
or modern constitution. But still, untouchables believe in the law despite
knowing that judges or justices are gang-raping modern law or the constitution.
The untouchable castes are pillars of morality, ethics, and democracy in the
Indian, South Asian, or Asian-Pacific region.
N.B:
Ranajit Guha’s subaltern category is very much manipulated and he and his
subaltern school of thought are Janus-faced or brown-skinned and white-masked
academic scholarship. One should be aware of his manipulated definition of the
subaltern. For him, even a Brahmin is a subaltern. What a massive manipulation
of a subaltern or Marxist theorist. I started suspecting even their pseudo
gods, Karl Mark or Guevera, as racist guys just like Gandhi, Nehru, and other
Hindu or Muslim leaders or icons. We already knew the Janus face of Indian
feminism, but now we are unmasking the subaltern Janus faces in my post.
