Dear President Miloš Zeman and Prime Minister Petr Fiala,

Being black and being an African queer family, our names are criminals, thieves, monkeys, chimpanzees, things, uneducated, illiterates, brainless, economically motivated, impure, dirty, etc., not only by your Czech Republic civil society but also by your public servants in general and social workers in particular. We are facing rampant racism not only from your people but also from airlifted Afghans or MENA people, as well as from Ukrainian and Russian asylum seekers in the Czech Republic. The Ukrainian underage children in one of your asylum camps used to tease my family with monkey and chimpanzee body language, which is being openly supported by their family members. For having black skin, we are excommunicated, isolated, humiliated, dehumanized, and discriminated against. We are traumatized, stressed, hurt, and deeply wounded by their words, body language, facial expressions, non-cooperation, intolerance, replies, lies, etc. Being black is not a crime or a sin. We black people are humans. We can’t survive in your country. Please deport us to Canada, where the black queer community is well represented despite its small population size. Czech-based organizations, including LGBTQ organizations, are Euro-centric or white-centric.
