My
whistleblower complaint was to the 2010 Vice Chancellor of the University of
Hyderabad Professor Dr. Seyed E. Hasnain[i]
without knowing
about his true face. He recruited his people like any godfather and godmother
in Indian academia. He leaked my complaint to the notorious Ambedkar Students
Association (ASA) and ABVP members to persecute me. He was also involved in a
university land scam. He was loved by both the Congress and BJP political parties for
his chameleon and parasite ideologies like any Indian academic.

Please save the spirit of the academy by recruiting MERITORIOUS FACULTIES in
the Reservation categories.

Dear Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and Hon'ble
Pro-VC
Good Evening
I am happy to know that you are going to
recruit teaching positions on campus. It's great news to hear about the
requirements. But on the other hand, I am very sad about the recruiting reserve
vacancies. I have written earlier to you to save the spirit of academia by
recruiting scholarly teachers from the reservation category, at least in future
recruitments. I hope you are going to recruit meritorious teachers in the
reservation categories in the school of social sciences particularly. The
school of social sciences is deteriorating in terms of knowledge creation day
by day due to the entry of reservation sections heavily. I hope you will take
the necessary steps to stop this inadequate scholarship of reservation holders,
particularly in the school of social sciences. If you do not think of merit,
then the university will no longer stand for its rank. Even eminent social
scientists like Satish Deshpande and Jodka have left the campus. It is because
of non-academic activities in the school of social sciences by the reservation
holders. Those who are violating the spirit of the academy in the name of the
Father of the Indian Constitution are mostly social science background students
and teachers. So my kind request is to please not recruit teachers in the reservation
categories from this university background. It will be difficult for the
"violators" to disturb the spirit of the academy in the name of
caste. Unfortunately, the father of the Indian constitution has been encashed
by his followers. Unfortunately, I belong in this category. Hence, I am
requesting that you please file the reservations from the deserved scholars. And
please do not entertain Godfathers in the social sciences. Already GOD FATHERS
in our social sciences have started to recruit their CANDIDATES at the cost of
others' MERIT.
Sir, last time also the former Director of the
Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, recruited his
candidates at the cost of others' merit. Now, at least now, I am begging you to
please recruit the SC, ST, and OBCs with a good academic background. If you
want to develop the reservation holders' academic skills and intellectual
level, then please recruit faculties who can argue academically, scholarly,
linguistically, and efficiently with good communication, writing, and
reading skills. Most of the reservation holders, be they teachers or
M.Phil/Ph.D students, are not fit for research on this campus. It does not
mean that general categories are worthy of it. There are non-meritorious among
them, but very few in the social sciences. While you are recruiting reservation
vacancies, please do not give priority to the TELUGU SPEAKING reservation
holders. We have a problem with TELUGU SPEAKING reservation sections only in
the academy. These Telugu-speaking teachers and scholars are violating the
spirit of the academy by forcefully bringing students into their associations
in the name of CASTE. Most of their research thesis works are PLAGIARIZED.
Please give priority to the non-Telugu-speaking reservation holders while
filling out the reservations. They do not learn how to speak, write, or read
English. But they will blame the dedicated scholars in the name of CASTE.
Our university has to compete with CSSS,
Calcutta; CSDS, New Delhi; CSCS, Bangalore; CDS, Kerala; IIAS, Simla; JNU in
terms of quality of education in the school of social sciences. I am welcoming
JNU's stand on anti-reservations. I appreciate Professor Emeritus TK Women's
stand on this. Some of the GODFATHERS in the school of social sciences are
publishing their articles in reputed journals like EPW with their sstudent' sname
as co-author, just to make their students the social sciences teachers on our
campus. I think, if you see the recent article by human rights professor
in the EPW then you will understand what kind of politics is going on to make
their students hereditary flatter them forever. The co-Author of the article on human rights
can't even write a single sentence in English and can't speak in English.
Sir, I am begging you that please recruit the
reservations as faculties and scholars with good scholarly skills. We do not want
teachers without any skills sarticularly in this reservation category. We want
teachers who can compete with PAULO FREIR, FRANZ FANON, GOPAL GURU, PARTHA CHATTERJEE,
UPENDRA BAKSHI, SATISH DESHPANDE, ASHISH
NANDI, TK OOMEN, SHARMILA REGE, SUSIE
THARU, SANJAY PALSHIKAR, JODKA, and with
many eminent personalities from CSSS, CSDS, IIAS, CSCS, CDS.
I hope you will take the necessary steps to
recruit meritorious teachers in the reservation sections. Hence, I request you
that please save the spirit of the academy from the inadequate scholarship
holders GODFATHERSHERS. If you do not recruit deserved teachers in this
category then people like SATISH DESHPAN DE, JODKA who had left, or students
like me, may leave this campus in the search a of place where one can interact
with good academicians, scholars, and rationals to develop the contemporary
theories and praxis. We have to create another JOHN RAWLs and GOPAL GURUs in
the academy.
Sir, thank you so
much for reading my requesting letter patiently and I hope that you will not
forget my letter while recruiting teachers under the RESERVATION CATEGORIES.
Thank you
Sincerely
M.Surya Raju

Dear Mr. Raju,
Thank you for your email expressing your opinion on the recruitment of faculty within
the reserved categories at the University of Hyderabad. Let me reassure you
that the University of Hyderabd has been making all efforts to recruit the best
even within the reserved categories and we will adhere to the same in the next
round of recruitment. You may like to emphasize this point to a larger audience
and be audible to attract the brightest of the brightest candidates to our

With best wishes,
Sincerely yours,
Seyed Hasnain
