 The notorious national Brahmin women freedom fighters, like their national Brahmin freedom fighters, are chameleons across time and space.

Manorama Banerjee is one of those chameleons from mainland India who lived in northeast India during India's independence;

a Sumi or Sema woman historian is portraying her as a great freedom fighter in "A Portrait of Women Freedom Fighters from Northeast India" for "Revisiting India’s Independence" to commemorate 75 years of India’s independence.

My question remains:

Does the Sema or Sumi Naga historian know the meaning of margin, sub-subaltern history, or history from below?

Stop glorifying black skin and white masks in history.

Oh, I almost forgot: elite Sema, like every other Indian historian, is a black-skinned, white-masked historian.
