Subject: Today (Friday, May 27, 2022), I sent a complaint letter to the Honourable President of the United States of America regarding child abuse and racial abuse complaints against a Ukrainian woman and her Moldovan asylum-seeking husband.

Subject: Today (8.45am to 8.52am, Friday, 27 May 2022) I had a meeting with a social department woman official regarding child abuse and racial abuse complaints against a Ukrainian woman asylum seeker and her Moldovan husband.

Today (May 27, 2022 at 8.45am until 8.52am) I met with my social department woman official regarding my child abuse complaint against a Ukrainian woman asylum seeker and her Moldovan husband. They were shouting and yelling at my four-year-old son, me, and my wife. The same social department woman official who sided with my Afghan tormentors in my first complaint is now siding with a Ukrainian woman asylum seeker and her Moldovan husband, claiming that my son is not being physically abused. She advised me to move away from them if I had a problem. I told her it was not a complaint of physical attack but of verbal abuse by them. I replied to her that I do not have any problem with them, but they have a problem with my dark-skinned color as well as with African people. I told her that verbal abuse or using harsh words or harsh behavior or intimidating a child or adult for control is a crime and it is punishable according to child abuse laws or racial laws, but she replied to me that it was my first mistake leaving my son alone. If you did not leave your son on her third floor, then she would not shout at your baby. I told her that my wife had been with him for three hours and I had been with him for two hours until 8.45 p.m., when I took him to my room and began reading my book while my wife was preparing food in the common kitchen. My baby was joined in my room by another Kazakistan 2-year-old baby girl, so my son followed that girl from my second floor to third floors, where my baby was verbally abused, shouted, intimidated for touching a toy.

I ran to search for him and security told me my baby and another baby from the first floor went to the third floor. By the time I went to pick him up from the third floor, the Ukrainian woman was shouting, intimidating, and using words at my baby boy, and started shouting at me after seeing me in front of everyone. You can check the CC cameras. She said she'd speak with the Ukrainian woman and her husband during the day.

I asked her about the progress of my first complaint and its results. She replied that because you wrote a letter to the Capital city, they may respond in 30 days. She did not say anything about institutional action against my tormentors. I am sorry to say the social department is protecting racists and child abusers since they are Afghans and white Europeans. We will not get any justice since we are dark-skinned Indian and African asylum people. I shown my translation from English local European language, which I presented to the social department official today at 8.45 a.m., and she only spoke to me for 5 to 8 minutes.

I tried to tell her that verbal abuse or using any words or harsh behavior or intimidating to control a baby or adult are crimes of child abuse and racism, but she was not ready to listen. Almost all the children in the residential area are never accompanied by their parents, except my family. Everyone in the camp knows that we are always accompanying our baby, and Kazakistan people are even leaving their 2-year-old daughter with us to play with my son. Another Ukrainian asylum seeker left her 4- or 5-year-old daughter in my room to play with my son. They are friends. You can see how much they trust us. Child abuse is a crime, whether physically or verbally or by shouting or yelling or intimidating or controlling their freedom of movement, but social is always protecting tormentors since we are dark-skinned and African people. Many children take my son's toys, which I purchased at Capital airport for hundreds of Euros, but we never even take my son's toys from them. We purchased his cycle with lots of money and it is used by other children, but we don't say anything. Sometimes their parents return, but most of the time they don't return my baby's toys.

If racism, open discrimination, intimidation, and child abuse are happening to my brown-skinned wife, "Princess" Selamawit Hailu Bezabih, the great-granddaughter of His Highness Emperor Yohannes IV of Ethiopia ^[i] and the immediate granddaughter of Major General of the Ethiopian Army, Commander of the Woyane Rebellion of 1943,and Father of the Tigray ethnic group, H.E. Dejazamtch Negusse Bezabih ^[ii], who is filthy rich, then I can imagine the vulnerable condition of typical African people in Europe. My wife's royal family gifted a place for Tigray International Airport, a place for SOS and known for huge philanthropic activities in the Tigray region. The present Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Honorable Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, knows my wife's royal family very well in the Tigray region.

We are beginning to understand the pathetic condition of typical African people as well as dark-skinned Indians in Europe now. If this is happening to the rulers of Ethiopia, then one can understand the vulnerability of their people at the hands of racism in Europe.

We don’t want the Kantian way of respecting and dignity for ordinary people based on their personal knowledge or intellectual skills because it is a conditional way of respecting human beings. What we want is Rousseau, Hegel, and Adam Smith's way of unconditional respect, dignity, and equality for any human being, irrespective of their background. Can I expect European institutions will enable laws to protect victims of child abuse and racism?
