Rape Based On Caste Is A Crime, And Crime Is An Integral Part Of Indian Culture. Dr.Suryaraju Mattimalla

According to the National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights, every day, four untouchable caste women are raped by Hindus in India. These are the police-recorded cases across the country. This is a police report on caste-based rape culture.

Now let me write the naked truth of every minute rape of untouchable caste minor girls and women in Indian villages. 90% of India lives in villages. The remaining so-called metropolitan cities are nothing but large Indian villages. We can’t call them metropolitan cities in any definition of the word "city" by scholars. Every city has its own characteristics, values, rules, regulations, change, justice, rationality, education, rights, justice, democracy, etc. which no Indian city meets.

So, according to my definition, there are small and large villages. The capital city of India, New Delhi, or the so-called commercial city of India, Bombay, or the so-called software city, Bangalore, are larger villages than other typical Indian villages. We can’t compare any Indian metropolitan city with developed world city culture.

Every Indian village is an open place for any caste-based brutal practices of Hindus against untouchable castes and their human rights violations, ranging from not wearing shoes to raping an untouchable caste minor girl, to the devadasi system, to forced slavery, to forced killings, to the separation of untouchables from places outside of villages by Hindus.

Reddy, Kamma, Naidu, Choudhury, Gupta, Raju, Sharma, Yadav, Gouda, Mangali, Chakali, or simply Hindu, raped a 10-year-old untouchable caste girl and her mother. Every Hindu rapes untouchable caste women and minor girls. None of the untouchable caste men can go to the police station. If a rape is reported in a police station, the immediate punishment is to kill untouchable men and socially rape their family girls and women before killing them.

A social boycott is another human rights violation. But I am not going into this since every minute of rape of untouchable minor girls and women and killing untouchables are crimes against humanity. A social boycott is part and parcel of a crime against humanity. Untouchables can’t wear footwear in front of any Hindu even now in this 21^st century. Drinking water from Hindu localities carries stones to death or lynching by Hindus in 90% of Indian villages. This is okay for any western state. The BBC, UNO, and CNN were never openly opposed to it.

Recently, a 30-year-old Reddy, or Hindu caste, the veterinary doctor was raped by a gang of four lower caste daily wage laborers. This is the first time a minor untouchable caste teenager participated in raping this Reddy veterinary doctor along with his other backward caste Hindu and Muslim rapists. Immediately, the four rapists were killed by Reddy caste police officials with the permission of the Brahmin caste police commissioner, Velama caste Chief Minister of Telangana, and Reddy caste Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh without following any constitutional rights of rapists. 

The notorious Hindu civil society and its supporting organs of government have taken immediate action by killing four rapists for raping a Hindu major who went to see her boyfriend in the night. As usual, the Indian media hid the relationship with her boyfriend to safeguard the Indian way of purity of women. Nowhere in the Indian media said courageously that she went to meet her boyfriend at night. This is against Indian culture. A bachelor's degree veterinary doctor was being controlled by her Reddy parents. They never admitted that she went to meet her boyfriend. What is wrong if a 30-year-old vet has a boyfriend? How many human rights violations are committed by Hindu parents against their children?

Naturally, reddy, a Shudra caste from India, has a million-year history of untouchables, women, tribals, and backward castes in rape, killing, untouchability, persecution, slavery, etc. The Reddy caste is known as the notorious Hindu caste for raping and killing non-Reddy minor girls and women, along with international crimes. They are another face of the Brahmins, Rajus, Guptas, Kammas, Velamas, Goudas, or Hindus across time and space in local, regional, national, and international crimes. Reddy, whether he or she is literate or illiterate, is a criminal in every aspect of human rights.

The Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh State encountered four lower caste rapists for raping a Shudra-Reddy veterinary doctor by breaking every human right of rapists as well as tearing the Constitution of India. Reddy and Brahmin police officials and Reddy and Velama rules have competed against each other to kill these daily wage rapists.

The question now is, if the police wanted to kill every rapist, who would encounter Reddy, Kamma, Kapu, Velama, Brahmin, Gupta, Raju, Gouda, or Hindu or cinema actors who are raping minor girls who are coming to seek opportunities in the cinema and fashion fields, or politicians who are raping their non-caste girls, or pundits who are raping their employees, or entire Hindu women who encourage their men to rape untouchables? Who can chain Hindu men and women to prevent rape and kill untouchables? For 6000 years, Hindus have been preventing untouchables from having human status, and who will encounter them for their genocide against untouchable castes in India?
