Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, the chief minister of Telangana State, and Police Commissioner Mr. Vishwanath Channappa Sajjana, you have killed four innocent daily wage laborers, Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen, in the suspected rape case of Dr. Priyanka Reddy, without any evidence. Mr. Kalvakuntla and Mr. Sajjana, you have violated every local, regional, national, and international human rights laws by killing an innocent in a fake encounter on December 6, 2019.

The Hyderabad December 6, 2019 Massacre in which four rape suspects, Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen, were killed by Police Commissioner Mr. Vishwanath Channappa Sajjana on the orders of Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, the chief minister of Telangana State, India.

We, the progressive human rights campaigners, request the international criminal court and other global law bodies to conduct Narco tests on the above criminals, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, the chief minister of Telangana State, and Police Commissioner Mr. Vishwanath Channappa Sajjana, and safeguard the Constitution of India.
