The International Criminal Court (ICC) should use suo motu to arrest Indian Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, for killing four daily wage laborers for so-called rape. In a fake encounter on December 6, 2019, Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen were killed by Indian Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and his police team on the orders of the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao.


 

Extra-judicial killing is a crime against humanity and is an international violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention as well as the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

They are accused of gang-raping and killing Dr. Priyanka Reddy.

Mr. VC Sajjanar's Wikipedia says that he is an encounter specialist, which is an international violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention as well as the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights of killing unarmed people.
