“There will be no death penalty, extrajudicial killings, or judicial killings. Judicial killing is a crime against constitutional morality, and extrajudicial killing is a crime against humanity. Even criminals have the right to life in prison.” Dr.Suryaraju Mattimalla.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) should use suo motu to arrest Indian Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, for killing four daily wage laborers for so-called rape. In a fake encounter on December 6, 2019, Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen were killed by Indian Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and his police team on the orders of the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao.
The Chief Minister of Telangana State, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, and Police Commissioner Vishwanath Channappa Sajjanar are the killers of Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jollu Naveen.
