Hyderabad Commissioner of Police CV Anand has instructed officers to take strict action against non-resident Indians (NRIs) posting hateful and derogatory posts on social media.

Commissioner of Police Mr. CV Anand warns that social media comments against constitutionally held positions will be criminalized by the police in India.

Hyderabad Commissioner of Police CV Anand has instructed officers to take strict action against non-resident Indians (NRIs) posting hateful and derogatory posts on social media.

The International Court of Justice, international law bodies, the International Criminal Court of Justice, and western states and embassies should take immediate action against CV Anand for violating the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights by threatening progressive intellectuals, scholars, theorists, philosophers, writers, poets, artists, and critics with criminal cases. This Commissioner of Police has attacked the rights to freedom of expression and speech and the right to speak the truth. The Western States should arrest CV Anand for violating the 1948 international laws of freedom of expression and speech.
